Dr. Nii is a graduate of the Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.  After practicing General Dentistry in Fresno for 9 years he returned to school for his Endodontic training. He recieved his certificate in Endodontics at the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry in 1993.  Dr. Nii participated in several research projects and professional exhibits associated with his specialty during his training as well as serving as a faculty member at the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry.  Dr. Nii is a member of the Fresno-Madera Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association and  American Association Of Endodontics.  When not in the office he can be found at the local crossfit gym or the trails in Woodward Park.

Randi is our chairside assistant who joined the team in May 2015.  She graduated from the Reedley College Dental Assisting Program where she discovered her passion for her career.  It is her goal to make sure each patient recieves her full attention and feels comfortable during their stay in our office.  Her friendly and easygoing personality puts patients at ease.  In her spare time, Randi enjoys reading, camping and being with her family.

Iesha is our chariside assistant.  She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Reedley College.  In the office she is known for her sense of humor and friendly personality.  Iesha goes out of her way to make sure every patient feels welcomed and relaxed during their appointment.  Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and going to the movies.

Donna is the Office Manager.  She has over 25 years of dental experience, both as a chairside dental assistant and as a dental office book keeper. Her responsibilities include maintaining the financial recordkeeping for the office, coordinating continuing education and training for the office and the doctor, payroll and practice management.  Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that everyone's needs will be meet with excellence and satisfaction. Donna enjoys walking and spending time with her husband and three children.
